My love for cake decorating came to me rather suddenly, here is my story:

I have always been passionate about baking and all things artistic. After attending university, I decided to pursue my life long dream of becoming a pastry chef. After graduating from Le Cordon Bleu in Ottawa, at the top of my class, I began my exciting career, creating delicious desserts for all to enjoy.

It was only when by chance that I stumbled across a book entitled “ Cakes To Dream On” by Colette Peters, that I finally realized which direction my culinary studies would take me. I took classes at the Bonnie Gordon School of Cake Decorating and decided to start my own wedding cake business.

Designing cakes entails all things that I am absolutely passionate about. The pastry chef in me creates flavours to excite your palate and the artist within me creates a sculpture of fine art work, with a touch of flare and originality.

It is always a pleasure meeting clients and contributing to the joy and excitement of the events in their lives.
